Artist Applications
Applications are now open for the Rochester Art Fair, taking place from 12th–14th March 2027.

Whether you are an established artist or an emerging talent, we warmly invite you to apply to exhibit at Rochester Art Fair by completing our online application form.
We welcome artists from across the United Kingdom working in a variety of mediums and styles.
As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide:

This information helps us ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of artists for the fair.
Exhibiting at Rochester Art Fair
To be considered for the fair, artists must present original artwork available for sale and demonstrate a distinctive artistic voice. Rochester Art Fair celebrates creativity, individuality, and the diversity of contemporary artistic practice.
Exhibitors are also welcome to offer limited edition prints, with a recommended price range between £50 and £500. Artists manage their own sales and payments during the event, and no commission is charged, ensuring that all proceeds go directly to the artist.
Rochester Art Fair is more than just an opportunity to sell work. It is a vibrant platform for networking, brand development, and creative exchange. The event brings together artists, collectors, galleries, and visitors in a welcoming environment where meaningful connections and future opportunities can grow.
Whether you are an emerging artist or an established practitioner, the fair offers a unique space to showcase your work, build your audience, and become part of a supportive artistic community.
All exhibitors need public liability insurance and exhibition insurance and preference will be given to artists with active social media accounts.
We will get back to all successful applicants as soon as possible to finalise stand choice.
We charge no commission on sales.
The only cost is the rental of stand space. Prices are as follows:

You can exhibit as part of a shared stand, have your own individual stand, or hire a larger space as a collective, group, or gallery.

Professional exhibition panels minimum 2.4m high with adjustable spot lights
Fascia board with name and stand number
An artist listing on the dedicated Rochester Art Fair website, with links to your own website and artist's images. We will continue to promote your listing on the website during the year following the event
Support from event organisers before and during the event
Free wrapping service for sold items
Proof of purchase slips
Social media promotion
Promotion in local media including radio and print
Complimentary drink at PV
You will have access to a comprehensive online exhibitors guidelines, covering everything you need to know in order to maximise sales.
We will make ourselves available for any questions via email and phone during office hours before the show but please read all the information online before contacting us.
